Instructions for retrieving Certificates

There are two sets of numbers you'll be entering; the first box takes the longer of the two numbers and is the Lysate lot number. Sometimes this number may include a letter at the beginning (i.e. S06412) which will need to be included, but is not case sensitive. The second box takes the shorter of the two numbers and is usually a 2 or 3-digit number for the Control Standard Endotoxin (CSE) lot#. After entering the appropriate numbers, click the "Get PDF" button.

Most of our Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Compliance, and Safety Data Sheets are available on-line. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the requested certificates. If you do not have this reader, click here and you will be linked to the Adobe website to download a free version of the reader.

If a corresponding certificate can not be found, please e-mail custservice@acciusa.com and our Customer Service Department will mail or fax your request if it is available.
