1. Why is the company rebranding?

We are rebranding to better align with our evolving vision, mission, and strategic goals. This includes updating our brand image, positioning, and messaging to better reflect our values and value proposition.

2. What changes can we expect with the rebranding?

With the rebranding, you can expect changes in the company's visual identity, such as logo, colors, and overall design. There will also be changes in the company's brand messaging, tone of voice, and communication style.

3. Does the rebranding affect the company's FDA-regulated products or services?

The rebranding will not directly or significantly affect the company's FDA-regulated products or services. The focus of the rebranding is primarily on the company's brand identity and communication, rather than the core products and services themselves.

4. Will the company's FDA regulatory compliance be affected during the rebranding process?

Since we are not officially changing our name, the company's FDA regulatory compliance should not be significantly affected during the rebranding process (likely a summary of the rebranding initiative in our annual report). Official and/or regulated documents such as submissions, product labeling, IFU’s and safety datasheets will not be impacted. The company will continue to adhere to all relevant FDA regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety and efficacy of our products and services.

5. How will the rebranding impact our existing customers?

The company will strive to communicate the changes effectively and minimize any disruptions. Customers may notice changes in branding, messaging, or visual identity, but the core products and services will remain consistent.

We are taking proactive measures to ensure a smooth transition during the rebranding process. This includes thorough planning, internal communication, stakeholder engagement, and coordination across different departments and teams.

We have developed new strategies and tactics to effectively promote the rebranded image, engage target audiences, and differentiate ourselves from our competitors. This will include increased visibility within some of our advertising/marketing channels and effectively incorporating our revised identity in traditional communications assets.

8. Will there be any changes to the company's FDA registration or labeling requirements?

No. As we are not officially changing the company name, there will be no changes to the company’s FDA registration.

9. How will the rebranding impact the company's relationships with suppliers, distributors, and partners?

We will proactively communicate the changes and work closely with these stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition and maintain strong relationships. We will make available notices explaining the changes and why on our website. Anyone interacting with suppliers and partners can point them there.

10. Will there be any changes to the company's manufacturing or production processes due to the rebranding?

No. There will be no changes to the company’s manufacturing or production processes.

11. What measures will be taken to maintain the quality and safety of our FDA-regulated products or services during the rebranding?

None of our manufacturing or production processes are changing as a result of this brand refresh and so the quality and safety of our products will not be impacted as a result. We have and will continue to make sure that our internal and external regulatory and quality stakeholders are aware and engaged with this effort. Measures will be taken and continuously reviewed to ensure that the rebranding does not compromise the compliance with FDA regulations and guidelines.

12. How will the rebranding be communicated to external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities?

We will continue to communicate through various channels such as press releases, website updates, direct communication, and engagement initiatives. The company will ensure transparency and compliance with any necessary regulatory requirements.

13. Will there be any changes to the company's pricing or payment terms as part of the rebranding?

There will not be changes to the company's pricing or payment terms as part of the rebranding. If any changes occur, the company will communicate them clearly and well in advance to minimize any impact on customers or stakeholders.
